Hard work, determination, camaraderie, and a bench full of soccer stars who left it all on the pitch resulted in Senior Fountain soccer gold! 

The team swept the Division III Provincial playoffs in fine style recently as close to 400 Sacred Heart students made the short walk to Wickwire Field to cheer them on. The cold, rainy weather couldn’t deter the wildly enthusiastic Sacred Heart crowd as they stamped, cheered, sang, and made sure they were as much a part of the game as the players on the pitch! Even a professional-level soccer goaltender and his coach who were training nearby remarked how incredible the atmosphere was, rivaling that of his own hometown crowds.  

Congratulations to our Sr. Fountain squad for their impressive performance and to Head Coach Andreas Rotta-Loria and Assistant / Goalie Coach Connor Johnston for their dedication to the team and their success over the season. It was a thrilling one to be part of!
