After two months of learning lines, conquering choreography, and building a burger shack, our Senior School Production came to life through four shows in front of delighted audiences.
This year’s production, Cyrano de BurgerShack, is a modern-day version of Edmond Rostand’s Cyrano de Bergerac, a classic tale of unrequited love. The updated version is sprinkled with contemporary pop songs and a happy ending with a side of curly fries. The talented cast and crew of 25 students, along with some amazing staff and faculty members, rehearsed for hours upon hours including on PD Days and weekends, to put on a tremendous production that had the audiences raving. A huge thanks to: Gwen Dawson, Andrew Aven Gillis, David Light, Martin Maunder, Lisa Budgen, Meredith Wilson, Sara Spears, Claudia Blanchard, Glen Oxner, and Donald Ward for giving their time, sharing their expertise, and making this production possible for our students. Congratulations to all of the students who worked so hard and brought your talents to the stage.
