International students experience rural living at Ross Farm
This week our international students got a little taste of the olden days at Ross Farm Museum, “a living, working farm depicting over 150 years of agriculture” in Nova Scotia.
They learned some local history and got to try their hand at some by-gone skills such as making wooden tools and even their own candles using ingredients such as beef tallow and beeswax. It was a great opportunity for our international students to experience rural life in Nova Scotia.
