"Il faut rêver": Tapis Rouge 2019

The Girls Grade 9 French classes recently held their annual Tapis Rouge Film Festival, a much-loved and anticipated event on the Senior calendar.
The girls produced eight different short French films based on this year’s theme "Il faut rêver" (“We must dream”). Their interpretations of dreaming big spanned many different cinematic genres, from comedy to thriller. The coveted "Choix Du Peuple" (People's Choice Award) for the most popular film was "Le fantôme du grenier" created by Allyson Lightfoot, Lareina Shen, and Isabel Casey. Their suspense/ thriller film will be shown at Grandparents’ Day for all to enjoy. Félicitaions to the winners, and well done to all of our Grade 9 film makers!
