Before heading into Easter Break, our Elementary students were reminded of why this weekend is so meaningful.
Our Grade 3’s led fellow students, parents, and guests through our annual Stations of the Cross prayer journey, commemorating Christ’s last days on Earth. Students were assigned to a station at which they would lead a special reflection and prayer in front of their hand-drawn posters depicting pivotal moments along Christ’s final journey. Special thanks to Warren Kane and Linda Murray for organizing this year’s procession, along with Grade 3 students: Olivia, Lucas, Nate, Hazel, Gabriella, Sarah, Ewan, Sophia, Victoria, Maria, Ava, Jevin, Maxim, Parker, Mhairi, Vurai, Darya, Saoirse, Alice, Liam, Sienna, Josh and Isabel for leading their stations with courage and confidence. It was a very insightful, and powerful procession.
